Ingredients
- Avocado – 1 ripe
- Sweet potato – 1 medium
- Carrot – 1 medium
- Banana – 1 ripe
- Broccoli – 1 cup
Instructions
- Wash and peel the vegetables.
- Cut them into finger-sized pieces.
- Steam or roast the vegetables until soft.
- Allow to cool before serving.
