- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground lamb. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the lamb is fully cooked and spices are fragrant.
- To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked rice or quinoa among 4 bowls.
- Top each bowl with the cooked lamb, diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over each bowl and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
