- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground lamb, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer cooked rice or quinoa, followed by the cooked lamb.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lettuce, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground lamb with ground beef or chicken if preferred.
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you enjoy, such as bell peppers or olives.
