- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
