Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust the sweetness or spiciness according to your preference.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  4. Use the sauce immediately for marinating or as a dipping sauce, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
