- 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or spiciness according to your preference.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Use the sauce immediately for marinating or as a dipping sauce, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until it reduces to your desired consistency.
