- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, add the dried parsley, and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
