Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Add beef broth and paprika, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve over zucchini noodles for a complete meal.
- Use grass-fed beef for better quality.
