- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary. Mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get it under the skin as well.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
