Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In each jar, layer the ingredients starting with granola, followed by a layer of yogurt mixture, and then a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
