- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to the mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of the dip.
- Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For less heat, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapenos before adding them to the dip.
