  2. Make the Torrone by combining honey, sugar, and egg whites, then fold in toasted almonds and let set.
  3. For Struffoli, make a dough from flour, eggs, and sugar, fry small balls, and coat with honey and sprinkles.
  4. Prepare Ricciarelli by mixing almond flour with sugar, egg whites, and lemon zest, then shape and bake until golden.
  5. Make Cantucci by combining flour, eggs, and almonds, shape into logs, bake, slice, and bake again until crispy.
  6. Melt chocolate and dip dessert items as desired, or drizzle over for decoration.
