Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup, alongside crispy bacon and a side of fresh fruit.
- Brew coffee or tea as desired and serve with the breakfast.
