Description
Honey garlic chicken cooked in a crock pot is a flavorful and easy dish.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce in the crock pot.
- Cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the pot and coat with sauce.
Notes
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
