Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the butter and honey garlic sauce to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the salmon.
