Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 pound ground pork or chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Soy sauce for dipping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and hot water. Stir until a dough forms, then knead until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

- Remove the lid and let the dumplings fry for another minute to crisp up the bottoms.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
