Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 810 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced (optional for garnish)
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add 4 cups of water to the pitcher and mix well. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  3. If using, add thinly sliced lemons to the mixture for added flavor and decoration.
  4. Pour the lemonade mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
