- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Mix well until all spices are evenly distributed throughout the pork.
- Form the mixture into patties or links, depending on your preference.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil if necessary.
- Cook the sausage patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite breakfast sides.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste preferences.
- You can also use ground turkey or chicken as a substitute for pork.
