- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it begins to simmer.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
