Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
