- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until the fruit is well coated.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
