Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat the peaches.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  3. Place the peach slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. To serve, place a few grilled peach slices on a plate, top with Greek yogurt, and sprinkle with granola if using. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
