- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat the peaches.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the peach slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- To serve, place a few grilled peach slices on a plate, top with Greek yogurt, and sprinkle with granola if using. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For an added twist, try adding a splash of vanilla extract to the peach mixture.
- These peaches can also be served over oatmeal or mixed into smoothies.
