- 1 cup of whole wheat flour

- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of mashed bananas
- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup of mixed berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine honey, mashed bananas, egg, and milk.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Add the mixed berries and stir gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Great for breakfast or snacks.
- Feel free to substitute berries with other fruits.
