Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef strips to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef strips and cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
