A quick and nutritious garlic beef stir-fry that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
- Adjust vegetables based on preference.
- Can use chicken or tofu as an alternative to beef.
