Description
A quick and healthy beef and broccoli dish cooked in one skillet.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir well.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
