- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and anchovy paste if using, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little water or additional lemon juice.
- Serve immediately over your favorite salad or as a dip, or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.
