Ingredients

- 2 cups of grated potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water.
- Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the potato mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and adjust cooking time if needed.
Notes
- Use a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture from the potatoes.
- For extra flavor, add onion or garlic powder.
