  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, harissa paste, breadcrumbs, parsley, grated onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
