- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour over turkey and vegetables.
- Stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.
