- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
