  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
