- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked brown rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice or quinoa. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
