A quick and delicious ground beef dinner recipe that the whole family will love. This creamy stroganoff is perfect served over egg noodles or rice.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until onion is translucent.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with chopped parsley.
