- Green food coloring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Add green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before icing.
- For the icing, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread the green icing over the cooled brownies and decorate with red candy hearts or sprinkles.

- For a more festive look, consider adding edible glitter or using cookie cutters to shape the brownies.
