- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin ribbons
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini ribbons, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
- Carefully place the zucchini ribbons on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
- Remove the zucchini from the grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve warm.
