Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch thick slices or wedges.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the watermelon slices with the olive oil mixture.
