- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dill.
- Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with the marinade.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Make sure your grill is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
