Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dill.
  3. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with the marinade.
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Make sure your grill is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
