- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the honey mixture.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Flip the peaches over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm, drizzled with any remaining honey mixture and garnished with fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- Make sure to choose ripe but firm peaches for the best grilling results.
- You can also serve grilled peaches with ice cream or yogurt for added richness.
