- 1 lb White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- to taste Salt
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Pico de gallo
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- to taste Hot sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Add the fish and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on a tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado slices, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream or Greek yogurt and add hot sauce to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your grilled fish tacos!
