Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder

  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • to taste Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Add the fish and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on a tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado slices, and cilantro.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream or Greek yogurt and add hot sauce to taste.
