  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
  4. Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  5. Wrap each corn ear in aluminum foil, sealing tightly.
  6. Place the wrapped corn directly on the grill. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil (watch out for steam!).
  8. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
