- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cold water and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Wrap each corn ear in aluminum foil, sealing tightly.
- Place the wrapped corn directly on the grill. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil (watch out for steam!).
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
