Description
A classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich made with gooey cheese melted between two slices of crispy, golden-brown bread.

- 2 slices Bread
- 2 slices Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, onto the skillet.
- Layer the cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 more minutes.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.
