Description
Grilled beef skewers marinated and glazed with BBQ sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Add beef cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush BBQ sauce over the skewers during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or rice.
- Adjust cooking time based on your grill and beef thickness.
