Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
  3. Wrap each ear of corn with 2 slices of bacon, making sure to cover the corn completely.
  4. Secure the ends of the bacon with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Season the bacon-wrapped corn with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender.
  7. If using BBQ sauce, brush it on the corn during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  8. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
