- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 8 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
- Wrap each ear of corn with 2 slices of bacon, making sure to cover the corn completely.
- Secure the ends of the bacon with toothpicks if necessary.
- Season the bacon-wrapped corn with salt and pepper.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender.
- If using BBQ sauce, brush it on the corn during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
