Delicious green pancakes served with honey syrup.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup spinach puree
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Honey for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine spinach puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with honey syrup drizzled on top.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Use fresh spinach for best results.
- Store leftover pancakes in the refrigerator.
