  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve hot, topped with grated cheese if desired.
