- 1 pound (450g) potato gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the gnocchi are well coated.
- Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
- Air fry the gnocchi for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
- Serve with marinara sauce or pesto for dipping.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
