Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the gnocchi are well coated.
  3. Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
  4. Air fry the gnocchi for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
