  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the corn for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  2. While the corn is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
