These fun summer snacks are easy for kids to make and perfect for hot days! Enjoy a variety of colorful and delicious treats that will keep everyone cool and satisfied.
Ingredients

- 1 cup yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup granola
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- Wooden popsicle sticks or skewers
- Plastic cups or ice cube trays
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- In plastic cups or ice cube trays, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full. Top with granola.
- Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into the center of each cup.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the cup for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle, then remove and enjoy!
Notes
- Use any combination of fruits that your kids enjoy.
- These snacks can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
- Feel free to experiment with different flavors of yogurt!
