Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • Wooden popsicle sticks or skewers
  • Plastic cups or ice cube trays

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  2. In plastic cups or ice cube trays, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.
  3. Repeat the layers until the cups are full. Top with granola.
  4. Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into the center of each cup.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the cup for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle, then remove and enjoy!
