- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In serving cups or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, granola, and mixed berries.
- Repeat layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your fun summer dessert!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute any of the berries with your kids’ favorite fruits.
- You can make these parfaits ahead of time; just keep the granola separate until serving to maintain its crunch.
