Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In serving cups or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, granola, and mixed berries.
  4. Repeat layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top if desired.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
