- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips over the yogurt.
- Use a spatula to gently press the toppings into the yogurt.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- Remove from the freezer and break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- You can customize the toppings based on your preference. Try adding granola, coconut flakes, or other fruits.
- For added sweetness, adjust the honey or maple syrup to taste.
