Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, fruit juice, and lemon juice.
  2. If using gelatin, dissolve it in a small amount of warm water and add it to the mixture, stirring well.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
  4. If desired, add small pieces of fresh fruit into the molds.
  5. Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the molds and enjoy as a refreshing snack or dessert.
