Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon gelatin (optional, for a firmer texture)
- Fresh fruit pieces (optional, for added texture and flavor)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, fruit juice, and lemon juice.
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in a small amount of warm water and add it to the mixture, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
- If desired, add small pieces of fresh fruit into the molds.
- Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Once frozen, remove from the molds and enjoy as a refreshing snack or dessert.
Notes
- Use raw honey for a more natural flavor.
